Skin Benefits From Exercising

If you are fascinated with clear, blemish free skin like me, I believe that you will be excited about this new finding! Did you know that exercising can help contribute to beautiful skin? And for those who like makeup, you already know that clear skin equals AMAZING makeup!

Here is a bit of biology to explain what I mean; while exercising, your body has to pump sufficient blood fast enough to meet the energy needs required. As we all know, blood has an incredibly vital role in our lives. Without it, we would not be alive because it powers ALL of the organs in our body.


Apart from powering our body and its constituents, it carries oxygen and nutrients throughout the body including our skin (which is the largest organ in the body), it also carries away wastes like free radicals and cellular debris. So, let’s stop and think for a second, “debris” means “scattered waste or remains” which we can also interpret as “trash”. Since our blood carries away cellular debris, as we are exercising, and our body is pumping more and more blood to keep up with our energy demands, more waste is being carried away.


My last point, have you ever been so stressed out that your face started breaking out? Or do you have a skin condition that flares up when you are really stressed out? Don’t fret! Exercising can help minimize these situations!
